emarkable is a dynamic full-service agency that completely unburdens entrepreneurs in the field of e-commerce. With a dedicated team of specialists in strategy, design & branding, development, and online marketing, we help webshops of various sizes – from small entrepreneurs to medium-sized companies – to truly grow online. We are growing fast and work with about 20 enthusiastic colleagues from our office in Dodewaard, centrally located between Tiel and Arnhem on the A15. For our team, we are looking for an AI & Automation specialist who wants to focus on applying AI in the processes at emarkable and development and/or marketing strategies.

Your role

As an AI & Automation Specialist, you bring intelligence to our way of working. You help us – and our customers – with automating processes, deploying AI tools, and building smart workflows. You combine technical skills with strategic insight and know: the real difference is in the details.

• Automating internal and customer processes with tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or custom APIs
• Integrating and training AI models within content, development, and marketing workflows
• Designing and building scalable AI-driven solutions
• Researching and testing new AI tools and automation solutions
• Advising clients on smart digitalization and process optimization

Who are you?

• You have completed a higher professional education (hbo) or university (wo) degree in, for example, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a similar field.
• You have experience with tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, GPT-APIs, and AI workflows.
• You are technically proficient, analytical, and creative in finding solutions.
• You think in processes and know when something should (or should not) be automated.
• You understand the possibilities and limitations of AI.
• You work structured, communicate clearly, and switch effortlessly between teams.
