emarkable is a dynamic full-service agency that completely unburdens entrepreneurs in the field of e-commerce. With a dedicated team of specialists in strategy, design & branding, development, and online marketing, we help webshops of various sizes – from small entrepreneurs to medium-sized businesses – to truly grow online. We are growing fast and work with about 20 enthusiastic colleagues from our office in Dodewaard, centrally located between Tiel and Arnhem on the A15. For our marketing team, we are looking for a Medior/Senior E-mail & Social Media Specialist who, with creativity, data, and strategic insight, will elevate our email and social media channels.

Your role

As a Medior/Senior E-mail & Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for your own client group. Your daily tasks include:

• setting up, managing, and optimizing email campaigns and automation flows such as newsletters, welcome series, abandoned cart flows, and repeat purchase journeys.
• developing, planning, and publishing content for social media on channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, in line with our clients' objectives.
• analyzing data to improve performance and measurably grow results with smart optimizations.

Additionally, you will regularly communicate with clients to discuss campaigns and results. Within the marketing team, you will collaborate with five SEA specialists, two SEO specialists, five Social Ads specialists, and four email marketing specialists.

Who are you?

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level
• Experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Reloadify, or similar
• Strong in content creation for social media and knowledge of social media platforms
• Strategic, analytical, and creative mindset
• Independent, customer-oriented, and a team player
• You can make data insightful and present results clearly
• Experience with segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and content planning is a plus.
• You have excellent command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing.
